GreenZone manufactures their own greenhouse structures in their factory based in Centurion, Gauteng. The designs are tailor-made for each climatic condition and therefore we have a wide range of models to suit the needs of our clients.

GreenZone uses a variety of coil steel and flat steel products to manufacture greenhouses. The steel has an option of pre-galvanizing or hot dip galvanizing. All flat steel products used in brackets are hot dip galvanized after manufacturing.

Various sections are produced by a roll forming process. This process is then followed by guillotine cutting, bending and punching processes.

GreenZone's greenhouses have a modular design and can be customized to suit your specific needs. The greenhouses require very low maintenance and are designed to withstand the strong African storms and to carry the weight of trellising without the danger of damaging the structure.
